Terms & Conditions

It is a requirement of each booking with Amazing Team Building that parking be provided or reimbursed by the client. This has not been included in your event price. Should a parking space be unable to be provided on the day, parking costs will need to be reimbursed after the event. Please keep in mind that your hosts may have equipment to carry and may be coming from another event. Close-by parking is essential to beginning the event on time and Amazing Team Building will not be responsible for late starts, should this condition be neglected.

Cancellation & Change Policy

We understand that things can change - that shouldn’t mean you lose out! 

AmazingCo proudly offers a world-class flexibility policy to help you manage your event around whatever life throws at you. 

We offer unlimited rescheduling on all our experiences, which is always free within the generous timeframes specified below. Please note, some experiences which rely on a third party for delivery have additional requirements which are outlined below.

Number of participants

You can make changes to the number of participants at your event up to 14 days before your scheduled event date. Within 14 days, we will do our best to accommodate any requests to increase the number of participants, but this will be dependent on host availability. Any additional participants must be paid for within 24 hours to secure the change.

Please note, within 14 days, we do not provide refunds for any decrease in participant numbers. 

Date change

You can change your event date up to 14 days before your scheduled event, without incurring any fees. Your preferred date will be subject to availability. In the instance your preferred date is booked out, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Extreme weather conditions

AmazingCo experiences are all weather events. We recommend you plan a backup venue in case of weather concerns, and our hosts can accommodate a reasonable change of venue with short notice. In the event of extreme weather, we will work with you to find an alternative date to reschedule your booking. Examples of extreme weather are defined as weather being unsafe to proceed with the event outdoors. This might include:

• Heavy rain and gale-force winds

• Extreme heat - eg over 38 degrees

Deposits and cancellations

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your event with AmazingCo. 

AmazingCo offers unlimited free rescheduling with 14 days' notice. Within this timeframe, charges may be applied depending on the costs that have been incurred by our team. 

AmazingCo events cannot be cancelled or refunded unless specified in the exceptions above.
